I believe the most successful landscapes are those that are both beautiful and purposeful—spaces that work naturally with their surroundings and thoughtfully reflect the way people want to live and experience them.
I earned a degree in Environmental Design and Italian from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Landscape Architecture from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. During my graduate studies, I completed my capstone thesis in Lake Como, Italy, exploring walkability, connectivity, culture, landscape, and the relationship between people and place. That experience continues to shape my approach to site-responsive design.
Before establishing my own practice, I spent eight years at a design firm, gaining experience in landscape design, project and construction management, permitting and approvals, and client relations. This broad experience allows me to look at each project not only from a design perspective, but with an understanding of what is required to successfully bring that vision to life.
Today, I work closely with my clients to create thoughtful, enduring landscapes that balance beauty, function, and practicality. Each project is an opportunity to create a space that feels connected to its setting and uniquely suited to the people who will enjoy it.
My goal is to create outdoor spaces that feel effortless, inviting, and connected to their environment—places that are as functional and comfortable as they are beautiful.
